Haddonfield 65 Club Business Meeting Minutes

The meeting was held in the 65 Clubhouse on Thursday, February 22, 2024. President Joseph Galliera called the meeting to order at 1:42 PM EST, followed by the weekly meeting speaker. 31 members were in attendance in person, and an unknown number attended virtually.

President Galliera began by asking the leaders of various club activities who were present to report on their groups.

Events-Wing Bowl event was very successful (40-50 members ate for hours) and the quality of service and food was excellent.

Weekly program- speakers are booked up to October.

Membership reports 2 new members.

Financial – reports 29 regular members have not paid their annual.

Coffee & Chat- attendance has reached 15 attendees at the last meeting.

President Galliera asked if there were any further reports.

There were none.

He then asked for a motion to close the meeting. Two motions.

The meeting ended at 2:02 PM EST

The meeting was held at the 65 Club clubhouse on Thursday, February 8, 2024

President Joseph Galliera rang the meeting bell promptly at 1:42 PM.

He asked the 32 + members who were present,

“Should the meeting be dismissed and postponed until next Thursday.?”

A nano-second later, cheers filled the room, and all hands were raised.

President Galliera closed the meeting.
