The regular business meeting was held on Thursday March 11, 2020. The 65 Club clubhouse was closed due to the COVID 19 shutdown therefore the meeting was conducted remotely using the Zoom program. Vice President Roger Jacobs called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM. There were in excess of ten (10) members on Zoom.

minutes of the last Business Meeting, held on February 11, 2021, were
read. They were accepted without changes.

minutes of the last Board of Directors Meeting, held on March 4, 2021 and
conducted on Zoom, were read.
President’s
Report – Frank Lodge
· Frank apologized for being late due
to pulling up the wrong Zoom link.
·
Frank
requested guest Narendra Chawla to introduce himself.
o
Narenda
inform us he was originally from India and had emigrated to the US to attend
graduate school in chemical engineering. He worked for chemical companies and
then for banks before retiring. He has one son, three grandchildren and is a
bridge player and golfer.

clubs cash increased by $100 in February

There
were twenty-one (21) unpaid members and eight (8) unpaid guest members.

Doug
Rauschenberger and Dave are tracking down the unpaid members.

Members
who have not paid by March 31 will be deleted from the 2021 club directory

So far only three members have signed up.

will start later.

Bill
has again contacted the Borough commissioners about re-opening the clubhouse
for Thai Chi and Chess. So far, he has
not received a response.

Roger
remined members to find locations to display Club Tri-fold brochures.

Roger
informed us of an interesting exhibit at the Museum of the American Revolution
on `When Women Lost the Vote’.
Joke
Master

No
one stepped forward to tell a joke, the members did not know whether to
complain or feel relieved.
